This Agreement is entered into and agreed to by and between Jumbonet (HK) Ltd. (hereinafter called Intetronic.com), a company registered in Samoa, and the Partner (hereinafter called the Partner).

Intetronic.com markets Electronic Games and Internet Casino Games on Internet Servers which are accessed through personal computers, modems or direct Internet access. The Partner maintains Internet website(s) for promoting and marketing products and/or services on the Internet.

Understanding and accepting the position and function of both parties, the following has been duly agreed upon by both parties:

1. The Partner agrees to promote non-exclusively Intetronic.com's Online Casino Websites worldwide on the Internet on his website(s) through banner and/or button advertisements supplied by Intetronic.com The Partner organizes placement(s) of these advertisements freely and with full independence.

2. Intetronic.com will provide the Partner with a specific code which automatically creates new accounts for all first time connections from the banners/buttons placed by the Partner on his website(s) to Intetronic.com's Online Casino Websites. The Partner can monitor these accounts at any time through an online software program located at http://www.intetronic.com.

3. For such new accounts, the Partner receives a one time payment for every "Registered REAL Player" amounting to US$99 each. While the Agent receives one time payment for every "Registered New Partner" amounting to US$20 each.

There will be no further compensation for expenses, including tax, advertising, administration, etc.
Furthermore, Intetronic.com will in no way be responsible for any debts or losses that may occur to the Partner during the duration of this Agreement.

4. The payment for all transactions cleared and deposited into the bank accounts of Intetronic.com by the last day of every week will be made to the Partner after end of every week by check, bank draft, or by wire transfer (TT) to an address or account designated by the Partner, unless the amount due to the Partner is less than US$ 100, in which case this amount will be held for payment in the following payment period.

5. In addition to the above, the following are agreed upon: This Agreement shall commence and be effective when the Partner submits his corporate data to Intetronic.com by hitting the "Submit Form" button on Intetronic.com's website and shall be valid for the duration of one year. It will renew automatically for another year if not cancelled by either party. In case of cancellation, both parties agree to give one month notice by email or registered airmail. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Partner agrees to return any property of Intetronic.com in his possession and to delete any software, logo, banner, text or other display on his website(s) related to Intetronic.com's Internet Casino Programs and Software. Upon termination of this agreement, the Partner' s right to receive further payment ceases immediately.

6. The Partner contracts not to place or display any form of advertisement for other casinos or gambling related establishments anywhere on his website(s) for the duration of this agreement.

7. Intetronic.com and the Partner pledge each other to keep all information obtained during the validity of this agreement strictly confidential.

8. In case of violation of this agreement, each party has the right to demand rectification of such violation within 15 (fifteen) days in writing by email or by registered airmail. Has such violation not been rectified within that period, the other party has the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect, without prejudice to a compensation it may ask for.

9. All other rights not expressively granted by Intetronic.com to the Partner in this Agreement are reserved by Intetronic.com and/or its licensors.

10. The Partner acknowledges that no payments will be made to him for customers who utilize the "Play For Fun Registration" service only.

11. Intetronic.com reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof from time to time without prior notice.

12. Intetronic.com reserves the right to decline any Partnership Program Application at it's sole discretion and without any reason.

13. In the event any term of this agreement is deemed to be ambiguous or unenforceable according to local laws, or any dispute arises between the parties, both parties agree to resolve such ambiguity, dispute or unenforceable provision amicably within the context and intent of this agreement. The legality of the whole agreement will be in no way affected.

14. This Partnership Agreement is written in accordance with the laws in Samoa. Any legal dispute shall be assigned only to the courts in Samoa.
